What We Do

Companionship

Companionship with the Everyday Living Care team allows families that time to get out of the house and do other things, knowing fully well that their loved one is in good hands. Using our preferred carer scheme, we match service users to care staff most suited them. They will share in hobbies and interest and can do things like go on a walk together, go shopping, go out to lunch or stay at home and play board games. This gives family the peace of mind that whilst they are away, their loved one is not alone.

Elderly Care

Requiring a bit of assistance with the everyday things is part of growing older. Irrespective of health challenges or special needs, the pattern of our lives change as we reach our golden years. Elderly care enables people to continue to live as they choose and where they choose, with that extra little help as and when they need it.

By providing homecare for the elderly in the comfort of their own homes, we help our service users maintain their dignity and choice in familiar surroundings. Our preferred carer system ensures that our service users see familiar faces and build good relationships with the staff that visit them. Helping to combat loneliness.

End of Life Care

We are committed to providing comfortable and compassionate care service for customers during the final stages of life. We design an end-of-life care plan that puts individual requirements at the centre. We work to ensure family and friends are included in this process too if it’s what the care recipient wants.

Our domiciliary care service will be tailored to meet specific needs and preferences of our service user. We value and respect each person’s spirituality and their right to dignified care at this time of their lives.

The Everyday Living Care team will work with health professionals and other people involved in providing an individual’s care. We will manage the care recipient’s symptoms, maintain their dignity, and keep them as comfortable as possible. We will work with an individual and their family to ensure they feel safe and supported around the clock.
