Carer of the Month
Filda
She has been chosen because of her engagement with clients. She takes time to care for people and talk to them. She has great rapport with clients and their family. Clients’ feedback has been so good. She has been complimented on looking smart, always smiling and being efficient.

Janet
Janet is the carer of the month for February. She was chosen because she is a great team player who goes above and beyond expectations. Janet is reliable and has a great ‘can do’ attitude’. She rises to the occasion in a crisis and has built great relationships with service users and many have rung the office to compliment her efforts. Well done Janet.
Leonard
Leonard is our carer of the month this March. He has been recognised for his outstanding reliability. He is a confident and friendly young man who serves with a smile. He received great feedback from service users this month and is always ready to help others. Well done Leonard.
Tarisai
Tarisai is our April carer of the month. She has been recognised for efficient problem solving ability. She is very observant, and is able to quickly identify issues as they arise. She has demonstrated great communication skills by being able to escalate issues to the appropriate people and by maintaining good communication lines. Well done Tarisai.
Alice
Alice is our May carer of the month. She has been chosen for her distinction in providing excellent care in her run. Her kind nature, and drive for person centred care has meant that she is widely nominated as prefered carer there. She is selfless and hardworking. Well done Alice. Keep shining.
Sandra
Sandra is our carer of the month of June. She is an outstanding carer who is reliable, conscientious and knowledgeable. She has a keen eye for for detail and communicates well with both service users and other staff members. Well done Sandra. Keep excelling.
Emma
Emma is our carer of the month this March. Emma is a long serving member of the team. Her experience comes through when handling a crisis. She knows when things need to be escalated and engages well with health professionals and families. Emma has received great feedback for going an extra mile with service users. Well done Emma.
